MA.
Are there any general privacy laws that anyone has encountered to either permit or restrict the association from disclosing details about my full name, address, and/or delinquincy on a payment?
I can't seem to find anything in the general state laws or CC&R about limitations or restrictions.

I work for the state police and feel they may have disclosed info that potentially could have put me in danger (not likely in my community but I still feel a law may have been broken and I would be in danger if I lived in a seedier neighborhood).

Thank you.

how do I protect myself if the answer is "no"

So if the association can in fact post details about my name and address which I have ,for my own safety, hidden from telephonebooks and directories, how am I supposed to keep myself safe from someone whom I may have investigated or testified against whether they or a relative or friend live in the community?

This is somewhat of a serious issue as I knew renting the landlord was restricted from sharing such info and now buying I am left exposed to danger?
