virginia--my boss allows his girlfriend to work with him. his girlfriend is not a U.S. citizen and she is not on the payroll, nor is she she payed for when she works. he allows her to have access to the cash drawer, and safe. she also knows access passwords on the computer system that allows her to view the employee's private info such as social security number, auto-insurance information and address ect. ect. can the employee's sue the company for her being allowed access to this info?? any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot
