Here is my problem. I am a member of an internet reward program where you earn miles for clicking on links and shopping at sites. Their privacy policy states that they will not release or sell your private information to anyone else, but they have done so. They have signed myself and alot of other members up for magazine subscriptions for which we received bills. I have contacted them and asked to be informed of who has received my private information and they will not tell me. They said all I have to do is cancel the magazines and that I will not be billed any further, but now I am receiving spam from several other companies besides the magazine company so I know they have had to give/sell my information to other people. My question is

1. How can I get the information of who all they gave/sold my info to?
2. How many people have to be involved to file a class action lawsuit, because I have been in contact with several other members who have the same problem with this reward program?
3. What can we do to stop them from giving out our personal information in the future?

I would be deeply grateful for any help. Thank You.
