sold car for $700 on 10/20/04 she had the car checked by somebody she took bought car to learn how to drive no bill of sale was signed just title asked me to put down $400 on title she didnt want to pay more dmv taxes didnt contact us til 01/03/05 demanding us to return $2000 for repairs and to take car back she is taking us to small claims court car was smogged had tags till 12/2005 brand new battery can she win?
