What is the name of your state? Colorado

One month ago I had an offer to buy my Volvo. I was offered $800 with a $100 deposit, the balance to be paid in 30 days. This was put down in writing. I had a situation come up and would need said car. I called the gentlemen, explained the car was no longer for sale and offered to give him the deposit back. He was belligerent, told me he wanted $300 back or he would take me to small claims court. Refused to give me an address, hung up on me. Week and a half later, he shows up at my door, unannounced. Tells me he has the money for the car, and he just wants the keys and title. I explain again, the car is no longer for sale due to unforseen circumstances. He is in my face, belligerent and refusing to leave my door. I tell him to give me an address, he will get his deposit back by form of cashiers check. He leaves, no word from him for a week. Two days ago I start getting phone calls from a woman telling me to do the right thing, give the deposit back. I leave her a message telling her I have tried but, need an address. So, I get an address, send the cashiers check by certified mail. I am still receiving phone calls from this ignorant woman. "Just for the record, we have the cash if the car is still for sale" They are harassing me to no end & I am damn sick of it! WHAT am I to do? Yesterday I saw their car sitting down the block, someone was sitting in the car & when they saw me they took off. HELP
