What is the name of your state? KY/TN

Are private colleges subject to the FOIA? Meaning do they have to disclose their admission statistics and who may have been accepted without meeting the requirement of taking the MCAT (entry exam) or who may not have been interviewed, when that is a requirement of most others?

no such thing as a verbal agreement with honor

Thanks for the quick reply.

I was a student at a medical school but was academically dropped with the agreement (verbal with the Dean of the medial school) that if I completed Medical Biochemistry and Anatomy, I would be readmitted this year. Two days ago I talked with him and now it appears as if he is regegging. Not enough time to do an interview and the class is currently full.

Is there any recourse for me?
