What is the name of your state? Florida
Hello, I have one question. I am familiar with the procedures regarding the availibility of student records in K-12 public schools in Florida, but do those same laws apply to nonpublic schools in Florida? In other words, can a legal guardian of a minor use the rights to examine the record in a private school, not a public school? I have read section 1002.42 from the Florida Statue, but the section didn't deal with the availibility of the records. Does anyone possibly have an answer to this question?
