What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
We have our child in a private Christian School and we found out the Pastor of the church/school is no probation for soliciting a prostitute and he never got a background check before he started working with the school. He is getting a background check now & we've asked him to stay off campus until it comes back. He showed up to school today and we are not sure what to do. What are our legal rights about the background check? Does he have a right to be there or can we call the police.

We don't want him back on school grounds for the rest of the school year for other reasons in addition to the above mentioned. How can we do this (file and injunction?)

coming to the church/school is on private property. if the admin doesn't want him there, ask him to leave. if he doesn't leave, then by all means request the police to escort him off the premises.
