What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What governmental agency has jurisidication on private school code of conduct, disciplinary philosophy and process when dealing with minor. Shouldn't the parent be informed prior to a suspension? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The US Treasury prints the money that you pay to send your kid to private school.

You agreed to their code of conduct when you enrolled.

If you don't like their disciplinary philosophy and process you may remove your child and send him/her to public school.
