NC CSE filed Civil complaint Sep 2001 regarding non-payment child support & arrears. Hearing held Dec 2001, through atty presented evidence showing payment of child support as ordered and no arrearage. Judge moved to dismissed case based on lack of evidence by NC CSE. NC CSE agreed and filed a voluntary dismissal.

NC CSE recently initiated erroneous collection actions (August 2002) without cause, there was never a hearing or motion filed to reopen the dismissed case. Any suggestions on what I could file to halt these illegal actions. thks!
