pro se federal appeal on order issued without comment??

What is the name of your state? FL

In order to file an appeal, you have to state the reasons you think the lower court was wrong. So if the lower court's order was just a blanket denial of a motion without any reasons given (it only said the motion was without merit, which obviously I disagree with), what are you supposed to put in the appeal?
