What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas
Hi! I'm new to this site and very confused. I went to the first hearing to set custody, parenting time, and child support. Because I am pro se I didn't do great but it wasn't horrible. I am to have supervised visitation for the first 3 months. In order to start seeing my baby apparently the order has to be stamped. Opposing counsel drafted the order. He included some issues that the judge gave no weight. If I don't sign it I can't see her but if I sign it I am agreeing to these allegations. I sent an email to opposing counsel with proposed amendments but he has not responding. How can I make these amendments and get the order stamped so I can finally see my child?
