Did you receive other documents with this proof of mailing or are you just looking up some information via the internet?

How did you find out about this court action? Does it show the court case number or mention what specific court it came from?

All it means is that someone was sent notification about a court proceeding or documents through the mail. Is it possible you are a beneficiary in an estate from someone who recently died?

Probate court proceeding

Thanks, DD

This was a proceeding for my Step grandmother, Grandpa's 2nd wife. I am not directly involved. Grandpa thought of only leaving all to her. I am interested because the attorneys are due to report the 2nd accounting. It must have been delayed, and notice went out to the Heirs listed as special notice persons. She has only a group of attorneys and conservators that were appointed by the court. By following the probate online, I can at least be informed when it appears they are taking advanage of her.
It is sad the court placed people that have only financial intrests. I know my Grandfather would roll over in his grave if he new that my Grandmother is all alone. She did not prepare for her life with demintia. She has survived him now by 23 years.
