What is the name of your state? Nevada
I needed to ask one more question.......without a will, how long can assests be tied up in probate? Will the business be shut down until everything is divided up by the state? And also, if my future father-in-law's girlfriend is living in the mobile home, can my future mother-in-law kick her out? If so, how soon can we do that after he passes? If we are even allowed to do that.

I have a couple more questions for you.......... How long, without a will, can his assets be tied up by the state? Also, since the girlfriend is living in the mobile home, will we be able to kick her out if her name isn't on the title? If so, how long after he passes can we do that? Will his business be shut down until this is taken care of? One of his sons helps him run the company, but his name is not on the license. Can he run it? Thank you for your time.
