PROBATION ,HOME MONITOR, GET ARRESTED

My daughter was arrested last year,and has been on a home monitor since.The monitor was supposed to come off Aug.31,2000.but..she picked up another charge(doing the same,reason why she's being monitored)only they haven't filed yet.What can happen to her
Can she go to prison?? PLEASE,SOMEONE ANSWER!! I'm a very desperate mother
incidentaly,my daughter likes to "BOOST"

Well maam that would depend mostly on what it was the your daughter did and also on any prior arrests/convictions... but I can tell you that most likely the court will see that she has not learned her lesson and choose a stricter punishment - in a way the home monitor is like getting a second chance, and she took advantage of that... the court will not want to make the same mistake twice... do you see what I'm getting at?
