What is the name of your state? Maryland
a few years back i was convicted of something that i did not due but there were extenuating circumstances and i was forced to take a plea offered by the states attorney. story is to long to go into right now LOL. i realize everyone says they didn't do it but i really didn't. anyway this plea agreement and subsequent conviction made me liable to pay alot of money to a person. i was placed on probabtion for four years. since that time i have a great degree of difficulty finding a decent job therefore i havn't as much restitution as i should have paid by now. now the "victem" that's a laugh LOL has sold his business and called my probation officer and is insisting that a payroll deduction be made. there is a restitution hearing on the matter tommorrow. my question is will this be veiwed as a violation of my probation or is it just what it says on my paper? a restitution hearing? i'm nervous about the hearing tommorrow because i've been screwed so many times allready in this mess. i have to children to think about and jail is not an option. can anyone help with this?
