I have agreed to a plea bargin of 3 years probation (no jail time). The judge said to my laywer that he is not happy that there is no jail time for a misdemeanor. Before he decides on the final sentance, he wants to read what the probation officier says after he interviews me. I will be meeting for the with the probation officier May 2nd. This is the first time I will be meeting her.
