What is the name of your state? California

Can your probation be revoke based on a allegation? I am on probation, and investigators wanted to talk to me. The victim does not want to press charges. The probation is in another county. The investigators want the victim to press charges but they will not. Can this victim testify in my revocation hearing, without being charged in a new case.

No new charges will happen

Yes. Your probation can be REVOKED based on the allegation. It doesn;t matter if you are guilty or not.
