Probation Violation???

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania Ok My boyfriend had recieved 18 months probation. He just violated because he failed a drug screen. He has been in jail for 3 and 1/2 weeks already. What is going to happen??? Does he have to be in court within 30 days?? Someone had told me that was a law... Please respond..

I've sat in jail for 3 months on a probation violation warrant....3 1/2 weeks isn't bad. If he can hold tight they may give him county time served, and release him back out on his probation .
