Do you know what the sentence range is for CA state penal code 1203.3 violation (probation violation), or where I can find info on it?

Thanks,

Rog

Rog, in most states they can revoke all
remaining time left on probation,
especially if you get a new charge. On
technical violations,such as not
reporting, faiure to complete community
service etc. it's usually at the
discretion of the probation officer.You
could try asking the probation officer
what he will recommend to the judge. These
recommendations are usually followed by
the judge.
