What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
In 2008 the defendant was arrested and charged with Possession of Narcotics (Heroin) and given 18 months probation.
She was arrested again on 01/06/10. She is currently charged with Disobeying a command officer. Shortly after that I found that she has also been arrested several times over the last couple months for Retail Fraud 2nd Degree (2 separate times in different jurisdictions 10/21/09 & 11/25/09) , Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia/No Proof of Insurance/ Defective Equipment (11/12/09, Warrant issued in Dec for FTA), Drove w/o License (11/10/09, Warrant issued in Dec for FTA), and Disorderly (08/21/2008, Warrant issued 09/2008 for FTA). The Retail Fraud charge from October she plead guilty to and was sentenced to 12 months non-reporting probation. She is currently set for a sentencing for Probation Violation (For the original Possession Charge from 2008).
Can someone give me an idea (I realize the sentence is completely at the judges discretion) at what a "likely" outcome of the Probation Violation Sentencing?
