What is the name of your state? Louisiana
My husband and son was charged with aggrevated battery. All of this was reduced, and now they have 3 yrs. of probation plus fine and medical expense. After serving 6 months of probation is there a way to reduce the probation time if the fines are paid in full? I hope you can understand what I'm talking about.
Thanks for any input that you may have.

Yes, we understand.

The court ordered 3 years, you feel that 3 months is enough.

It is possible (but VERY unlikely) that the court would amend the sentence... and even less likely if this was a plea bargain. In any case, this would require legal work AND an attorney.
