state of ohio. i have a 1999 plymouth neon, and it has been nothing but trouble. just about every week something else goes wrong and it has to go back in the shop. the repair exspenses are to high to keep making, but if i don't fix it then noone will buy it. if i keep it, i will keep having to pay for repairs that i don't have the money for or time to leave it in the shop and be carless. either way i'm loding thousands and don't know how to get rid of this lemon.
