What is the name of your state? New Hampshire

I am the founder and adminstrator of a board called Fresh-Hope.com. Lately I have been threatened with a lawsuit over one of the threads. Personally I don't see how I can be sued but thought I'd better be safe about it and asked. He says it's a liable/slander case. Here is the thread he's upset about:

never mind

can I be held liable for posting articles for people to discuss about an organization?

My response:

More wars have been started over religious issues than any other "cause". You know, there's a lot to be said for "Atheism." Try it and stay out of trouble.

Suffice it to say, I'm not reading your articles or getting involved in your religious fanaticism.

Cindy,
Having read the thread in question I have a few comments.
As a Christian I find your site/thread very sad. It seems, on the thread you listeded, that even though you say you have no opinion you are taking things very personally. You seem to be unashamedly attacking people.

On the thread in question you continue to taunt people and boast about being able to ban them. Sad, very sad.

I think a Christian, should try to address these types of issues through the scripture. (applying scripture to themselves first and foremost)

As for legality, you are putting yourself in a very vulnerable place. The more you taunt people, the more ammunition you give them. You are leaving yourself wide open.

Try working this out in a Christian manner and you may have more success. (a little humility might help too)
