What is the name of your state? MO
My question is:
Do I have grounds for false advertisement/repensentation case?
My wife and I were students of ITT tech. We enrolled at a Ca school where we were living at the time. When we were deciding to join or not one of the decideing factors for us was that the rep told us that we would be able to transfer to any other ITT tech with no problems with our financial aid or credits. They had also told us that if we didnt want/were not able to attend in class courses that all courses are availible online or thier "Conveniant online classes" as they said and still say in thier tv commercial. My wife and I were impressed with thier flexiblity because we were unsure if we would be able to stay in Ca because of financial difficuties. They assured us that we would be able to transfer to another ITT school or do our classes online. After enrolling we transfered to Missouri thats were our problems began. Aparently ITT decided to drop thier online classes and the closest ITT schools are at least a 3 hour drive from where we live. If we decided to stay in class they doubled the amount of time we would have to attend almost to the point that we wouldnt be able to graduate because we would be attending past to maximum time alloted to completethe course. Any help would be appreciated.
