What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Hello...

On April 6 I placed an order online for several plants with an estimated delivery date for at the end of april. Throughout that time, the estimated date got later and later until now some of the plants are not scheduled to be shipped in late June. That is not a good time for new plantings so I tried to cancel the order. I was told after going through a steady stream of supervisors that the order was being printed for shipping "soon" and they could not access the order to cancel it and at this point in time my only option is to wait for it to ship (still up to 7-10 business days) then refuse it and when they receive it they will refund my order. I do not have the money to pay twice for these plants. Would I be in my rights at this point in time to call my bank and dispute the charge? Do I have any other options?

Thanks!
