What is the name of your state? Arizona

I wish to file a claim in the Superior Court for damage to my automobile from an accident.

What are the names of the initial papers that should be filed with the court? Can they be downloaded from some site or the other? What is the procedure? I will be representing myself as the attorneys fees would eat up everything that I might claim and the limit for Judicial Court (small claims) is $2,500.What is the name of your state?

Damages above and beyond auto insurance? There is more to the story.

Have you checked with the clerk at Superior Court?

It is an older jeep that I use for going out in the desert. It's value is about $5000. I carried liability insurance only. The person that ran into me was uninsured. He is in trouble but that does not help me unless I can get a judgement against him and collect.
