Product name differ from website name

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

We are in the process of signing a coexistance agreement with another company that will allow us to sell a certain type of sport products but restricts us to sell sports apparel under company name NAME-A. We do have a company website (NAME-A) where we sell our sports products that we are allowed to sell based on the agreement. Would it be possible for us to sell sports apparel under name NAME-B (a new brand name for sports apparel that we establish but a subsidiary of our company NAME-A) on our website (NAME-A)?

That would depend on the terms of your agreement. The chances that any of us have reviewed that agreement are incredibly small.
