Hi, haven't been here in a while.

Here in Major Aging industrial city (in PA) we city slickers must now have stickers in our back windows for car registration.

Other PA'ers have stickers on the plates (tags). (Purpose was us city slickers get them chopped off a lot by thieves).

Point: Media is now rumbling that it is another form of profiling (racial? city vs. suburban? who knows)

Question: Legally, can only one community be required to have a different form of ID in an entire sea of communities?
