i work for a small furniture store that has a profit-sharing pension plan....about five years ago the owner died and the company passed to his son..for 4 years now he hasn't put anything in the plan...is there something i can do or how do i find out if the company made a profit in any of those years
so i can see what is happening...

Whether you have access to the profit information, and whether the son is required to continue the profit sharing plan at all, depend on the plan documentation.
