Hello,

I am looking for any assistance in the laws regarding distribution of my Profit Sharing plan. The form deadline was December 31, 2007. My distribution election form reached them on that date. They are now claiming that they received it to late to have the funds distributed to me, as they only worked a 1/2 day that day. Now they are claiming that they need to value the December 31, 2007 plan year end. I only worked part time in 2007 so I don't think I am even entitled to a contribution for 2007. Maybe you can let me know that also... Am I entitled to interest for this time that they are stalling?
