I have a pre-petition retention agreement with my employer to receive a retention bonus from them. They have since filed ch11 in Delaware bankruptcy court. I need to fill out a proof of claim for this retention agreement that has not been paid but am unsure as to what to check under the "Basis for Claim" as well as the "Classification for Claim" sections

The amount of the claim is well in excess of the limit for Unsecured Priority Wage Claims ($4300). Can anyone help me decide how to file this claim? Choices for the two sections are below.

1. Basis for claim
Good Sold
Services performed
Money loaned
Personal injury/wrongful death
taxes
other
Retiree benefits as defined in 11 USC
Wages, Salaries, and compensation

2. Classification of Claim
Unsecured Priority -
Wages, salaries or commissions (Up to $4300)
Contributions to employee benefit plan
Up to $1950 of deposits toward purchases or leases
Taxes or penalties
Other - specify applicable paragraph of 11USC
or

Unsecured Nonpriority -
