What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania I need proof of satisfaction of a lien on property we sold to get our money released from the title company. The loan company is no longer in business. There are no records. What can we do?

Presumably they had an ATTORNEY? Have you contacted the attorney that is on the lien filing records?
