What is the name of your state? I live in New York Was ready to sign proof of loss, just waiting for chimney liner price, adjuster sent new proof 10,000.00 less argues we don't need mitigation (drying) anymore. Can I just sign the old proof which is more money and send it back? What is the name of your state?
