I am 17, and a police officer has called my parents saying he will be giving me a Minor in Possession charge for supplying other kids with alcohol. One friend of mine was at a school event and got breathalyzed. He blew a .09, and received an underage drinking citation, which lead to him saying he got the alcohol from me.
I was never breathalyzed, never arrested, and never seen with alcohol by any police officers or any adults whatsoever. Therefore I am assuming the officer's "proof" lies solely in the testimony of the kid who was breathalyzed.
My question is, will this evidence be enough for me to actually get convicted of a Minor in Possession misdemeanor?
