I have been a resident in California for 14 years and I married in 1997 in Washington State. I purchased a property in California before I married and bought it in a partership with a sister and a brother. Does my husband have any legal rights to this property when we divorce? Is Washington divorce law the same as california laws? We share 50% mortgage payments in the last four years.

I have stocks, savings and retirement plans that I have before my marriage...does he have legal rights to them?
