PROPERTY BEFORE MARRAIGE

i OWNED MY HOME AND PROPERTY BEFORE I GOT MARRIED. PROPERTY WAS IN MY MAIDEN NAME AND I NEVER PUT HUSBANDS NAME ON DEED. WHEN I GOT DIVORCED HE WAS GIVIN MY HOUSE AND ALL CONTENTS. WE HAVE 2 DAUGHTERS OLDEST LIVES WITH ME BUT HE HAS CUSTODY, YOUNGEST LIVES WITH HIM. I HAVE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT TO HIM BUT HE GIVES ME NOTHING ON THE ONES THAT LIVES WITH ME. WAS NOT FAIRLY RESPENSTED BY LAWYER, CAN I SUE HIM AND THE JUDGE.i LIVE IN ALABAMA

I'd have to know the facts but if the representation by the lawyer was truly incompetent, you could sue the lawyer for malpractice -- the difficuly is proof and few lawyers will take such a suit without you paying the fees along the way.
