i live in wisconsin and am an owner/operator dump truck driver. i purchased commercial truck insurance. in my application i stated i wanted property damage coverage in the amount of 32,000.00 on the tractor and 12,000.00 on the trailer. 30 days later i was involved in a roll over accident and the insurance company is totalling the tractor. they say the most they will pay is 27,000.00.
the purchase price on the tractor was 32,000.00 on april 3,2001. the agent that sold me the policy stated they should pay the 32,000.00 or find a compatible tractor for the 27,000.00. what are my legal rights and options?

thank you for your time!!!!!
