i live in south carolina i rent and have for three years asked landlord to cut back dead tree limbs and their insurance man told them the same.well now we had a limb fall on the car cracked windshield,dents,and paint damage.talked to landlord says not responsible.can they be held liable?if so where to start,and what to do.:confused: :mad:
