What is the name of your state? Missouri

I will be getting a divorce in the near future. I had $70,000 in my savings before I married my wife. I used $50,000 of this money for a down payment on our house after we got married. Does my wife have a right to equality share of this portion of the equity in our home or is this still a non-marital asset? What is the name of your state?

You co-mingled the funds with marital property, so generally that makes it marital property. You need an attorney.
