My neighbor had a survey done and says that part of my shop/storage shed is on his property. He threatened to "bulldoze" it down in one week.

This shed has been in the same place since 1982 and has been used as part of my property consistantly since then. There have been no disputes from all previous owners. The new owner did not get a survey prior to purchasing the property and assumed and agreed that the building was part of my property.

Do have any rights as far as easments or rights to keep using the land? Can he "bull doze" it down with little to no warning?
