My next door neighbor has placed a pipe underground, without my consent, that drains his pond onto my property. It has been there for approxiamately four months. If he does not remove it, what kind of legal situation might I find myself in down the road. Can he stake claim to that part of my property if it remains? Will leaving it in anyway affect my property value when it is time to sell my home? If the water drain causes damage to my property can he be made to repair it?

Send a demand letter via certified rrrr to relocate the pipe.
There should not be any drainage from your neighbors property to yours. Also call the Building Dept. and file a complaint because it is a code violation.
