What is the name of your state?NY

My neighbor and I have been a longstanding dispute over where our property lines fall. My survery map matches my deed and my other neighbors' maps. His map does not match his deed, or the other neighbors. He is currently trying to take over my property and calls the police every time I try to do anything on my land. I have been advised to have another survery done, and if it matches the one I already have, he'll have to take me to court to dispute it. Any suggestions or thoughts on this? Will it really be this easy? This guy is a control freak and will do anything to get what he wants. He's already had me charged with harassment for a day I lost my cool with him, but it was dismissed. He will stop at nothing to "win." I will not give him ANY of my land. I only own 1/4 acre as it is!

Thanks.
