i bought a house last summer in MN . now this summer i was planning on doing home improvements and had looked at my plat sketch that was made when i bought the house showing my lines. When i started taking down a fence that was by the plat sketch 6 feet in my property the nieghbor had a fit and said his line was actually up to and including 8 inches of my house.....he says that he has markers showing his property line but all he has is a plat sketch too. i need help both my nieghbors on either side say they own more property than my plat does 6 feet on one side and 9 feet on the other. do i have any recourse with either the realestate company or the original owner.....both agreed with the plat. thank you
