in nov 2000 we purchased 90 acres of land in missouri, there are no buildings, it is for hunting, etc. the property is connected with three other property owners. the adjoining property owner on one side disputes the property line. this was made clear immediately after taking possession of the property due to the actions of this owner, blocking paths with piles of trees, etc. we tried verbally addressing the issue, however; he would not budge. the property was surveyed prior to our purchase. we hired an attorney who sent notice to this person to cease their actions. Now, months later, this person has built a dirt road, on our side of the property and continues to block our access by piling tree limbs, etc. he now has had the property resurveyed, markers show the same boundary line as before. what are our options? he has destroyed several trees and ignored even his own surveyors findings.

please advise!!!
