Nevada - There is an adjacent property (backyard) separated by a block wall. The property has a rental tenant and is managed by a Property Management Co. I have made several phone calls to this Management Company and sent letters to the Property Owner regarding runaway vegetation growth (bushes, elm tree sprouts, etc) which has grown unattended along the existing block wall. There is evidence of foundation cracks as well a blocks being pushed out due to this vegetation. This growth gets its water via my trees yet because this is not direct watering, the roots are shallow and growing upward. I realize that I can cut anything that hangs over into my yard but this will not solve the problem of damage to the block wall. Is there any legal recourse?
