What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX.....we as the homeowners found out a couple months ago that we no longer have a Property management company effective July 31,2017. We found out that the reason was the president of the HOA was making decisions that are not in line with the PM business principals or practices. Can we do anything to get the man off the board? If so, what can we do?

At the next election, run someone against him and win. Or in the alternative pass around a petition to get signatures to ask him to resign.
