I have lived in a nice neighborhood since we purchsed our home 12 years ago. There is a mix of renters and homeownwers. Last year new renters moved in across the street. They have multiple people living there as well as 6-9 vehicles of which there is often several parked in front of my house. They have a rotweiler that is occasionally off it's leash and has chased me to my car more than once. They often stand in their driveway and swear at their small children, calling them stupid F...ing little *******s. We have talked to them numerous times and although they agree not to repeat the behavior, they do. Calls to their landlord have brought no response. We have left several messages to which he does not respond. Finally we gave up and decided to move, however the response from potential buyers is, "Love your house, but you have trashy neighbors." What recourse do we have????? We live in Oregon, is there any laws governing our rights?
