Married a foreign wife 3 years in June- she "disappeared" for 7 months... anyway- filed in May- Ive owned my house since 1999. Her attorney is telling her (and shes telling me) shes entitled to 1/2 the house. My attorney says no... Anyone with any knowledge?? My contention is that she married me for a green card, and is simply trying to get me for anything she can. She didnt get the Green card
