My neighbor for 5 yrs. decided to build a new fence this summer and she said it was just her fence so she moved it in 6 inches on her property line. Now she wants to tear up that fence and put cement all the way from the front yard sidewalk to the alley behind her house and then put the fence in again. The problem is today the contractor came to my house and said he is going to have to tear down part of my fence that runs east and west and my dog run that was connected to her fence. Before I put the dog run in I told the neighbor where I was going to put the dog run and she didnt have any objections at the time. The contractor said she had a property line survey done and now she can move her fence etc. over to a foot or so onto what I thought was my property. Do I have any rights to keep her from tearing down a fence that was already here when I bought the property and to save my dog run.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you,
Sydney
